With a little help..
The 2010 DrupalCamp is less than a week away. The path so far has been one of public activities (the first announcements, the publishing of the website and of proposal deadlines), but also of less known ones which we hope will make the DrupalCamp all the more interesting and enjoable for all attendees.
And now all these efforts are about to pay off during a very intense and full of content conference day on October 2nd, just like we wanted from the start. The last pieces of the jigsaw are falling into place: the schedule is set, there's a new space to allow for even more talks than anticipated, the details about the localization activities for Drupal 7 are out...
During this final push, we ask for those attendees with some time to spare to lend a precious hand to the organizers. If you do and are willing to help during the day of the conference please let us know as soon as possible!
In detail, on October 2nd we need help in these areas:
- Reception and registration of attendees in the morning
- Set up of the rooms and venue (moving tables and chairs around in the morning, putting them away in the evening, posting flyers and notices, etc.)
- Time keeping to avoid overshoots in the time schedule
- Videotaping of BoF sessions with PCs / Cameras
If you are willing to lend a hand (even for just half a day) please contact us as soon as possible for additional details.
